Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of audiant.ai and the compliance platform operated by Audiant Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Audiant provides an EU AI Act compliance platform for SMEs. The Service includes a guided assessment questionnaire, automated document preparation, and annual subscription platform access.

Audiant is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Documentation prepared through our Service is for compliance preparation purposes only.

The platform cannot guarantee that prepared documentation will satisfy every regulatory authority. Final determination of compliance rests with the relevant regulatory authority.

Users must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter these Terms on behalf of their company.

Users must create accounts with accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. Unauthorised account use should be reported to hello@audiant.ai.

• An annual subscription is required; pricing is displayed on the website in pounds sterling.
• Founder pricing locks in permanently for continuous subscribers and lapses if the subscription is cancelled.
• Payment is due annually in advance. Audiant Ltd is not currently VAT registered.
• Subscriptions renew automatically; email notification is provided before renewal.
• Cancellation is effective at the end of the billing period; there are no refunds for unused portions.
• No refunds are given except as required by consumer protection law.

Users agree to lawful use only and must not:

• Violate applicable law or regulation
• Provide false information during assessment
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Interfere with Service operation
• Copy or redistribute Service content without permission
• Use the Service to develop competing products

Users retain ownership of submitted information and assessment responses. By submitting content, users grant Audiant a limited licence solely for the provision of the Service. Users are responsible for the accuracy of submissions and for holding the necessary rights.

Documentation is provided for compliance preparation. Users own the prepared documents and may use them freely. Final determination of compliance rests with the relevant regulatory authority.

All platform content, technology, software, design and materials are owned or licensed by Audiant Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. Users receive only limited rights to use the Service.

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary unavailability. Audiant reserves the right to modify or discontinue Service features with reasonable email notice for significant changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We accept no liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses
• Total liability is capped at the amounts paid in the preceding 12 months
• We accept no liability for regulatory non-compliance based on prepared documentation

Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, cannot be excluded.

Users indemnify Audiant Ltd, its directors, employees and contractors from claims, losses, damages or expenses, including legal fees, arising from use of the Service or breaches of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Audiant may update these Terms with email notification or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
